P.MAI bags are carefully crafted using an obsessive attention to detail and the finest materials and hardware. We stand behind our commitment to excellent quality and craftsmanship. That's why our products come with a one-year limited warranty that covers original workmanship.
In the rare event that your P.MAI backpack fails due to manufacturing or material defects, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE COVERED?
Our limited warranty extends to our backpack and wristlets (our “Products”) manufactured by P.MAI LLC ("P.MAI") and purchased directly from P.MAI or one of our authorized retailers. This Warranty does not cover your Product if you use it in a manner incompatible with the intended design.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
- Scratches, frays, scrapes, dents, rips, tears, loose threads, stains or discolorations that occur through the normal daily use of the Product and do not impair the functionality of the Product.
- Damage that occurs from the improper maintenance, washing, or cleaning of the Product as well as damages that are the result of attempted self-repair.
- Any Product sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers. Likewise, Any Product sold by a third party vendor, retailer, or website wherein Warranty is not explicitly advertised, stated, or declared as included in the purchase.
- Product sold "on sale" "final sale" "clearance" “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “sample sale”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Product is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer, or is being sold at a discount to the full retail price.
