WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

P.MAI stands behind the quality of each of our products and offers a no-fuss return process. We will gladly refund or exchange new, unused merchandise purchased from the P.MAI website within 30 days of purchase. 

  • The items must be returned in their original condition and placed in the mail for returning within this return period. We do not accept returns if there is evidence of use or damages such as stains, marks, smears or tears in the fabric.
  • If you were subject to a customs fee, we are unable to refund this fee for your order.
  • The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the package back to us. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue the refund to the original method of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping fees paid by the customer.
  • Note that price adjustments on previous purchases are not offered.
  • We only accept returns that were purchased from the P.MAI official website and not from other retail locations. We reserve the right to modify our return and exchange policy.
