WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Standard orders are generally processed in 1 business days and take 3-5 business days to arrive. Expedited orders are processed within 1 day and take 1-2 business days to arrive.
- HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer complimentary shipping for Standard Shipping orders within the United States for all backpacks. Standard shipping for our belt bags and clean kits are $9.99. Expedited shipping for belt bags. -
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We are only offering international shipping for our Astrid backpack. You may order our Valletta Backpack and Luna crossbodies on Amazon. Unfortunately we are no longer shipping the Violet clean kit internationally until further notice. Orders can be placed through our website, although shipping rates and time may vary depending on the location. Please note the buyer is responsible for any additional custom duties or fees that may apply to the order based on individual country regulations.
